The term white collar crime was coined as far back as 1939 and encompasses fraud committed by business individuals or government officials.  The term came from sociologist Edward Sutherland in 1939 and defined it as “a crime committed by a person of respectability and high social status in the course of their occupation.”   Examples of white-collar crime are pyramid schemes, embezzlement, identity theft, forgery, and fraud.

Daniel Nicherie is a notorious white-collar criminal of numerous offenses dating back since the early 1990’s. He was featured on a TV show called the Pulse when he stole 40 million dollars from a business associate, hijacked his office, and took full control of his business. Daniel Nicherie is L.A.’s own white-collar criminal.

Daniel and his brother Abner Nicherie have no remorse for their victims and even call jail for white collar criminals “Club Fed.” They know the judicial system well, have numerous connections from lawyers to street thugs, and are able to slip away from the FBI. Until this day, the Feds are not able to find and arrest them. They continue to operate their racketeering activities behind shell corporations and hide behind their corporate lawyers to easily facilitate their crimes in the shadows.

You have to be a real scumbag to steal from a company that helps the poor.” – Noblequest Health board member.

October 2021, Daniel Nicherie targeted the owner of Noblequest Health Foundation, Inc., a non-profit community clinic that helps the poor and the homeless. He and his girlfriend Kelly Williams proceeded to Chase Bank in Thousand Oaks and Downtown L.A. They withdrew thousands while posing as the owners and ejected the true owner from the business account. They went as far as suing Noblequest board members on the grounds of embezzlement and theft. The lawsuit was discovered to be frivolous and was a strategy to create confusion between the banks and the judicial system. Their MO, plant moles within the company, create division among business partners, and steal the company through fraud and forgery. There is still a pending lawsuit between Noblequest Health Foundation and Chase Bank due to the forgery Nicherie committed.

There is currently a warrant for Daniel Nicherie aka Daniel Callahan. He is on the run for forgery, falsifying documents, and perjury under oath; he is still a fugitive as of April 2022. Noblequest Health Foundation continues to be open for anyone who needs medical care despite the crime committed towards them.
